@@chelmswoodjunction Unfortunately not a great day for me, started out with no wallet, so straight off the bat couldn't pay for parking, so missed my planned first train and the day progressed downhill most of the day. Hey ho, these things happen.

They did have problems all day think that with all the mobile phones and the structure of the halls didn't help as they use wireless controllers. Hello friend As long as the heater is submerged to the line stated it should not affect the way it works. If your heater is permanently on could be to a number of reasons like is the tank near a draft a constant breeze will keep cooling the tank. Have you got the heater set to high or low. But if you are really unsure and it is within guarantee and warranty take it back to the place you got it from and ask them to try it. Hope this helps. Peter
